Get started with a coach

When you become a TLS customer an Onboarding Account Manager, or “Coach,” will get to know you and your business. There’s no stress, no pressure; just a chat about your customers, what’s on your menu, what kind of specials you run, and what draws customers in your door.

Let’s design your app

Next, your Coach will help you decide on the content to include in the app. From your menu and events calendar to rewards cards and links to social media, your app will be designed to match the look and feel of your business. You can feel confident that your app will seamlessly integrate with your brand identity.

Ongoing Support

Once live, your Coach will contact you to go over what you need to know to start promoting your program. Your Manager will guide you through the first steps of your app launch, provide support throughout the life of the program and provide any training you need. Your Manager will also look after the timing of your pushes, to recommend ways to engage your customers and ensure that the messages on your app, Facebook page and website are all consistent.

As a new TLS customer you’ll receive branded promotional material. We’ll supply you with handout cards & table tents. You’ll also have the option to order posters, window clings, check stuffers, menu inserts, flyers and stickers. All materials are designed by TLS to match your brand and promote downloading your new app.
